As an active member of the housing industry for over 25 years Jerry has received numerous marketing and public relations awards including the prestigious S.A. Walters Chairman’s Award. In the past ten consecutive years he has received thirteen sales & marketing awards for the most creative public relations campaign and has generated over 40 million dollars in free publicity for his clients. He has also helped his clients win over 15 industry awards.

During the past 10 years J. Rouleau & Associates has been involved in the initial coordination of 14 special projects. These projects include:

» Jan’s House of Hope, a 3100 square foot home built on a barge and showcased in 7 cities.
» Canada Dry Log Cabin Sweepstake

Jerry is also the originator and creator of the Jan’s House of Hope tour that generated over 15 million dollars of publicity for cancer awareness in a two-month period. This special project was featured on the Today Show, People Magazine, USA today and in hundreds of newspapers, radio, TV, industry trade publications and specialty consumer magazine that ran in 32 states. The tour raised money collectively for the National Cancer Awareness Foundation and the 8 host cancer and hospice groups. Jerry is the founder and President of the National Cancer Awareness Foundation.
