Maureen Blackwell brings over 25 years of IBM leadership and training experience to her work as a speaker, facilitator, business consultant and executive coach. In her most recent leadership position with IBM, Maureen led an organization responsible for the delivery of training services on IBM hardware and software to customers in the United States. Maureen provides business consulting, personal and business coaching, workshop and meeting facilitation to large and small businesses in the areas of strategic planning, organization development, change management, organization culture assessment, mentoring, diversity, emotional intelligence and team and leadership development.
