Rob Pickett
Longtime industry veteran Rob Pickett launched his own firm in July of 2001 to assist building systems manufacturers to improve their company’s performance through efficient operations. With
experience in several aspects of the log home industry, the inspiration for this enterprise grew from the knowledge that most of the industry is wrestling with similar problems.
Over the past 26 years, Pickett has successfully gained acceptance of building systems by code officials, documenting the assembly and performance aspects of those systems, and managing the procedures
necessary to deliver the product. Hands-on supervision of design, estimating, and material takeoff functions involved generation of custom software solutions. These solutions helped reduce issues
